Barrick Mining Corporation is hiring a General Administrator to support the Mineral Resources Management (MRM) department in Riyadh. The role ensures smooth coordination of administrative functions, supports team logistics, and maintains compliance with company and Saudi labor standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the MRM department.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and work permits for team members.
• Manage documentation, timesheets, and departmental reports.
• Track invoices and purchase orders with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain stock of PPE, field supplies, and office materials.
• Input and analyze data using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
🎯 Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Office Management.
• 1+ year experience in administrative support (mining/industrial preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
