🌟 Job Purpose
ADNOC Gas is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to lead, supervise, and coordinate all activities related to Process Engineering within the Engineering Services Team.
This role involves providing high-level technical guidance, ensuring engineering integrity, supporting project teams, and driving operational excellence across gas operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare progress & performance reports, highlight issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Achieve and maintain ISO certification for the Process Engineering section.
• Review all EPC contractor engineering deliverables for process and control disciplines.
• Evaluate process systems & equipment design to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Provide on-site process engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Act as Technical Authority for Process Engineering, resolving technical disputes.
• Contribute to developing and approving key documents: philosophies, design basis, policies, and standards.
• Support improvement initiatives, innovations, and engineering enhancements across assets & major projects.
• Provide engineering input for HSE workshops, safety reviews, and hazard studies.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
🛠️ Experience & Skills Required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Engineering within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, design safety, EPC deliverables, and process control systems.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and resolve multidisciplinary engineering issues.
