About the Role:
Join CARACAL as a Warehouse Team Leader and lead daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials — both explosives and non-explosives. You will manage a skilled warehouse team, ensure strict compliance with safety and HSE regulations, maintain facility licenses, and guarantee operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations for explosive and non-explosive materials.
Ensure efficient material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch according to company procedures.
Maintain storage within approved explosive limits and comply with all safety regulations.
Oversee import/export shipments, coordinate timely delivery, and avoid demurrage/storage costs.
Manage ERP documentation, inventory tracking, and goods movement records.
Coordinate with logistics and internal departments for smooth warehouse operations.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with Civil Defence and MoD standards.
Support HSE initiatives, proper PPE use, and emergency preparedness drills.
Train and guide warehouse staff, ensuring performance improvement.
Prepare and monitor budgets for warehouse and logistics operations.
Supervise facility maintenance and license renewals for operational readiness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Professional certification in warehouse or logistics management is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse or store operations experience.
Experience handling hazardous materials or explosives is preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, inventory control, ERP systems.

Technical: Warehouse/storage knowledge, HSE compliance, ERP/documentation proficiency.
