Job Description:

👥 People & Culture Management • Lead and manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the organization • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth • Drive employee engagement, culture enhancement, and employee experience initiatives • Support organizational effectiveness and high-performance culture development 🎯 Talent Acquisition & Talent Management • Oversee recruitment operations and talent acquisition activities • Support talent management and succession planning initiatives • Collaborate with department leaders to address hiring and workforce needs • Build scalable HR processes that support business expansion 📊 HR Operations & Compliance • Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and operational frameworks • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR escalations • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards • Monitor HR metrics, workforce insights, and organizational performance indicators

Job Requirements:
