Energya Steel Fabrication is hiring a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, cranes, and bulldozers. The ideal candidate will plan and supervise maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues, and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment faults.
• Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance.
• Manage maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance systems.
🎯 Requirements:
• 3–10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and control systems.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in construction, mining, or oil & gas preferred.
