About the Role:
Sukari Gold Mines is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its Human Resources team at the Marsa Alam site. The role focuses on managing recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and benefits while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
Personnel Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor laws.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews.
Payroll & Benefits:
Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure data accuracy.
Manage attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
