About the Role:
Rose Sweets, a leading confectionery company in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics and supply chain operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies for on-time delivery.
Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and transportation.
Supervise and coach the logistics team to achieve KPIs.
Negotiate with vendors and control transportation costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams for seamless operations.
Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of logistics experience (2 years in a managerial role).
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
