We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to join a Japanese Oil & Gas company for an upcoming offshore exploration in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures strict compliance with HSE policies, ADNOC standards, and international best practices to maintain safe and efficient offshore operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Support Senior HSE Engineer in developing and implementing on-site HSE policies and programs
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and assist in HSEIA studies
Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency drills
Contribute to HSE training, awareness, and compliance activities
Maintain HSE documentation and ensure continuous improvement in safety standards
🎓 Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline
NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications
8+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical (Drilling or EPC projects)
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards and UAE regulations
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
