Airswift is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas operator in Qatar to hire a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator for a long-term onshore project (36-month contract).
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, international shipping, customs, and Oil & Gas logistics management.
📌 Position Details
Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Qatar – Onshore
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Start Date: Immediate (within 1-month notice)
Work Schedule: 5 days/week – 10 hours/day
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute logistics plans (transportation, customs, warehousing, delivery scheduling).
Coordinate daily logistics with freight forwarders, marine agents, customs authorities, and suppliers.
Oversee import/export documentation and ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations.
Optimize warehousing, inventory flow, and lay-down areas on-site.
Track logistics KPIs, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
8+ years of experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas operations.
Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and Middle East logistics regulations.
