You will play a key role in optimizing sourcing strategies, building supplier partnerships, and ensuring procurement excellence across all operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process: supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and maintain an up-to-date supplier database.

Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring the best value, terms, and service quality.

Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) to align sourcing goals.

Analyze procurement data, prepare KPI reports, and support strategic decision-making.

Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and procurement innovations.

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s or certification is a plus).

✅ 2–4 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.

✅ Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software tools.

✅ Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
