Organi Group is hiring a Senior Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join its growing team in Rafah. The role focuses on managing project costs across large-scale infrastructure projects — ensuring budgets are met, costs are monitored, and reports are delivered accurately.

You’ll be collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, site technical offices, and procurement teams to maintain financial control and cost efficiency throughout all project stages.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting 💼

Coordinate with project stakeholders to track expenses and approvals 🧾

Ensure project delivery aligns with approved budgets and timelines 📊

Prepare cost and progress reports for management review 📈

Support tendering, variation orders, and contract administration 🔍

🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 🎓

5–8 years of experience in infrastructure and construction projects 🏗️

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD 💻

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills

Ability to work collaboratively with site and management teams
