📌 About the Role
We are hiring a Supply Chain Leader to drive, optimize, and elevate end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning, logistics coordination, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency and service excellence.
This role plays a critical part in supporting operational performance, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement supply chain strategies to boost performance and reduce costs.
Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to enhance capability and productivity.
Align supply chain activities with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, availability, and reliability.
Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement best practices & continuous improvement standards.
Review warehouse KPIs monthly for all accounts.
Plan operational setup for all new warehousing clients.
Conduct profitability analysis & feasibility studies for new and existing accounts.
Manage supply chain budgets and ensure cost control.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain operational excellence.
Work with IT to enhance WMS and data systems.
Lead inventory management, stock counting, and periodic audits.
Prepare performance reports for senior management.
🎯 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (MUST).
Minimum 5+ years in supply chain or logistics management.
Strong experience in inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office & WMS.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams & operations.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
