We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading organization in Dubai, UAE. This role is crucial in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, supplier management, and ensuring seamless logistics and procurement processes.

Salary:
💰 Around AED 30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
📦 Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
🤝 Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
📊 Monitor supply chain KPIs, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
⚙ Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
🚀 Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
🔗 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
📅 Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain and supplier management.
🌟 Strong knowledge of supplier contracts is a big plus.
💻 Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain tools.
🤝 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
📝 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
