Vivandi Group in Dubai is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage end-to-end warehouse operations and support business growth.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

💰 Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 AED

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse activities and accurate order fulfilment:

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure workflow efficiency.

Manage direct fulfilment processes with on-time and accurate order delivery.

Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock control, and reporting.

Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and timely dispatch.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and warehouse safety protocols.

Support improvements in warehouse layout, storage optimization, and operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

3–4 years of experience in warehouse supervision within FMCG, trading, or distribution.

Proven ability to handle warehouse operations independently and manage a small team.

Working knowledge of Odoo ERP (or similar systems).

Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfilment processes, and warehouse KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Preferred).

High attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
