🔹 Regional Director – Aramex (Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Lebanon & Syria)
Aramex is hiring a Regional Director to lead operations and build strong customer relationships across multiple countries. This senior leadership role involves driving strategic growth, managing P&L, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a high-performance culture.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead internal operations and drive customer satisfaction across the region
Develop and execute market strategies, budgets, and product pricing
Manage P&L and ensure achievement of profitability targets
Build high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
Ensure compliance with Aramex global and local policies
Maintain and enhance Aramex brand and relationships with customers, authorities, and partners
Regularly communicate with regional and central teams to align strategy
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
10+ years in logistics, express, or freight industry with operations & business development experience
5+ years in senior leadership roles
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, supply chain management, e-commerce logistics, and global trade compliance
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen
