📢 HSE Section Head 📍 Location: Egypt 🏢 Industry: Energy / Power Generation (TAQA Power) 💼 Job Type: Full Time 🚀 Join a leading power company and take ownership of building a strong safety culture across large-scale energy operations. 🔹 Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and enforce HSE policies and safety systems aligned with Egyptian regulations and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001) • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and Method Statements • Lead regular site audits, inspections, and ensure corrective actions are implemented • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses with root cause analysis • Deliver safety training for employees, contractors, and stakeholders • Collaborate with engineering, project, and operations teams to embed safety into all activities • Monitor industry trends and improve HSE systems, KPIs, and compliance performance • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and reporting requirements

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in HSE / Safety Management (Energy or related sector) • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Master’s preferred) • Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and safety regulations • Strong leadership and influence skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
