An exciting opportunity to join Subsea7's Logistics team supporting the Mina West Project through December 2026.
This role will be based at the Alexandria Fabrication Yard with potential travel to project sites across Egypt as required.
🎯 Position: Logistics Administrator
📦 Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate meetings and local transportation for project teams and visitors
✅ Manage Port Passes and entry requirements
✅ Support Project Operations Manager with logistics activities
✅ Create and update Purchase Requests to support Operations & Logistics
✅ Create, monitor, and maintain Work Orders and Service Orders
✅ Coordinate transportation, agency, and third-party logistics services
✅ Review logistics agency invoices and verify service delivery
✅ Track logistics-related invoices and payments
✅ Maintain Work Order databases and project records
✅ Manage electronic filing systems and logistics documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with logistics processes and procedures
Job Requirements:
✔ Graduate or Diploma holder
✔ Previous experience in Logistics, Operations, Administration, Supply Chain, Shipping, or a similar role
✔ Good knowledge of SAP
✔ Strong Microsoft 365 skills
✔ Strong organizational and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work in multicultural environments
✔ Flexibility to travel when required
