Job Overview

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will play a key role in implementing recruitment strategies, managing hiring campaigns, and supporting HR leadership to meet the company’s talent goals.

This role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, analytical, and passionate about developing and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations: Manage job postings, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback.

Sourcing Strategy: Develop innovative sourcing channels through job portals, social media, job fairs, and professional networks to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and positive candidate journey that reflects the company’s brand values.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate recruitment data, prepare reports, and assist with HR initiatives related to onboarding and retention.

Team Collaboration: Partner with HR and departmental heads to refine job descriptions and enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the property or real estate industry.

Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
