Job Description:
Elmar Marinas LLC is looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in procurement and logistics, preferably within the construction or marine industry.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services for the Fujairah site.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to the site and maintain accurate inventory records.
Oversee logistics operations including transportation, customs clearance, and documentation.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays.
Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation for audits and compliance.
Collaborate with site management and project teams to forecast material requirements.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in construction or marine projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
