🔧 Job Purpose
The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling of materials, supervising warehouse workers, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring full compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
Executing stock issuance, returns, and additions according to approved procedures.
Supervising workers during stock arrangement, addition, and organization.
Ensuring full compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
Preventing safety incidents within the warehouse area.
Completing documentation cycles for raw materials and finished products.
Issuing required reports in coordination with the direct manager.
Monitoring and supervising inventory counting processes.
Performing any additional tasks within warehouse operations as assigned.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and documentation cycles.
Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, inventory systems, and basic ERP (Oracle preferred).
