💼 Job Overview
We are hiring professional, safety-driven, and highly experienced Offshore Installation Managers (OIM) capable of leading operations, ensuring asset integrity, and managing teams in fast-paced offshore environments.
You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with HSE procedures, and take full operational responsibility over a fixed platform.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise offshore operations on fixed platforms
Ensure compliance with international safety (HSE) standards
Oversee start-up, shutdown, and commissioning activities
Manage teams, emergencies, and operational decisions
Maintain asset integrity and performance
Coordinate with operations, maintenance & engineering teams
📌 Required Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
🛢 Minimum 12 years experience in oil & gas or petrochemicals
🛠 Minimum 5 years as an Offshore Installation Manager (MUST)
🧭 Strong operational leadership background
📜 OPITO Certification – Mandatory
🚀 Start-up & commissioning experience is a strong plus
