We are hiring an experienced HSE Engineer to join a leading Japanese Oil & Gas company for an offshore drilling project in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures strict compliance with HSE policies, ADNOC standards, and international safety best practices, maintaining a safe and efficient offshore operation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🛡️ Support Senior HSE Engineer in implementing on-site HSE policies & programs
🔍 Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and assist in HSEIA studies
📊 Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency drills
🎓 Contribute to HSE training, awareness, and compliance initiatives
📝 Maintain HSE documentation and drive continuous improvement in safety standards
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline
NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications
8+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical (Drilling or EPC)
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards and UAE regulations
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
