Naqla, one of the leading smart-transport and trucking platforms in Egypt, is hiring a Logistics Coordinator – Operations to join our team in Cairo. 🚛

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive truck and driver data from the Fleet Coordinator and schedule daily trips

• Coordinate with drivers and monitor truck movements to ensure on-time delivery

• Communicate with customers to confirm pickup and delivery times and resolve any issues

• Track daily trips using monitoring systems and prepare performance reports

• Troubleshoot operational challenges (delays, breakdowns, traffic issues)

• Provide regular updates to management and customers regarding trip status

• Act as a liaison between customers, drivers, and internal teams

• Support the improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation (ideally in trucking)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with logistics management systems is an advantage

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset
