REDA Chemicals—one of the leading distributors of specialty raw materials and industrial chemicals across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa—is expanding its Supply Chain team in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Representative to support our logistics operations and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.

📝 About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring accurate flow of information across all stakeholders. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth supply chain operations and delivering high service standards to our customers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders in coordination with the sales department

• Receive purchase requests and place purchase orders with suppliers

• Monitor shipments and update tracking systems

• Provide regular order status updates to management and the sales team

• Shorten lead times through efficient communication and coordination

• Understand customer needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Build strong relationships with key customer accounts

• Deliver accurate and timely information using appropriate tools and channels

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Sales Support, or Customer Service

• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with ADNOC procurement & vendor portals is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
