📝 Job Description:
A leading offshore construction company is hiring a Marine Construction Manager to lead and manage subsea trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation projects.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive offshore experience, capable of driving operational excellence and maintaining high HSEQ standards throughout field execution.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead offshore trenching, jetting, and backfilling operations
Manage offshore crews, vessels, and heavy marine equipment
Ensure full compliance with HSEQ, quality, and technical procedures
Coordinate with project managers, survey teams, and client representatives
Solve on-site technical and logistical challenges efficiently
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Marine Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore construction and subsea pipeline projects
Strong technical understanding of trenching systems and subsea methodologies
Valid Offshore Survival Certifications (BOSIET / HUET)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Willingness to work on rotational offshore assignments
