Siemens Energy is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-impact projects within its Gas Services Division.
The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Your day will include coordinating project execution, managing risks, ensuring budget and revenue targets are met, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity across global teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach teams executing Gas Turbine and Compressor assembly, packaging, and testing projects.
Manage complete project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to execution and delivery.
Develop and implement project strategies to achieve technical and commercial success.
Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy’s HR, EHS, and QMS policies.
Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across divisions to ensure smooth project integration.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
10+ years of experience in Project Management within the Energy, Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors.
Proven leadership in technical and commercial project delivery.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, Primavera, and CAD tools preferred.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
