🔧 Job Overview

We are hiring a Procurement Engineer with solid experience in the solar PV industry. The role involves supplier management, sourcing, negotiations, logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of solar components for ongoing and upcoming projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and all BOS components.

Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQs, quotations comparison, negotiations, and issuing purchase orders.

Build strong relationships with local and international vendors.

Monitor market pricing and prepare detailed cost analyses.

Handle logistics operations including imports, shipping, and customs documentation.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure materials meet specifications and delivery timelines.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the solar PV sector.

Strong technical understanding of solar components and suppliers.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Experience handling logistics, imports, and customs procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems.
