LEONI Egypt is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Expert to join our dynamic procurement team in Nasr City, Cairo. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supplier management, cost optimization, and maintaining high standards in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor local economic, technical, and market trends for assigned categories and suppliers
Conduct internal/external analysis of categories and research alternative suppliers, products, and services
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts including Framework Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and Quality Assurance Agreements in collaboration with the legal department
Publish negotiation results across the organization and procurement network
Execute complex national RFQs based on strategic frameworks and internal requests
Organize regular coordination and review meetings with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
Track monthly purchasing reports and maintain records in relevant tools
Implement solutions for supplier escalations, including delivery delays or allocation issues, ensuring uninterrupted supply of indirect materials and services
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3–5 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
Professional proficiency in English
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
