A leading energy company in Qatar is hiring a Project Engineering Manager / Site Coordinator to oversee multidisciplinary engineering and on-site coordination for High-Voltage (HV) transmission projects. The role focuses on ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless project execution across all engineering teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate engineering activities across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines.
Manage design reviews, technical approvals, and stakeholder interfaces.
Ensure full compliance with utility standards, QA/QC, and HSE protocols.
Oversee daily site operations, RFIs, inspection schedules, and progress reports.
Support the project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in HV transmission projects and site coordination.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of utility standards, QA/QC, and site safety.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
