A leading Oil & Gas company in Qatar is hiring a Construction Lead (Structural) to oversee all phases of structural fabrication and construction — from yard preparation to load-out. The role ensures project safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors and engineering teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise structural fabrication, mechanical completion, and quality control.
Ensure full compliance with HSE and construction standards.
Review contractor progress, resolve technical issues, and track project KPIs.
Participate in risk assessments, pre-commissioning, and handover activities.
Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects (1+ year in supervision).
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing, and QA/QC.
Familiar with offshore/onshore facilities, sour gas, and LNG construction methods.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
