⭐ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
🔹 Develop comprehensive project plans with the Project Controls department
🔹 Ensure project execution follows Hitachi Energy standards and best practices
🔹 Manage project financials: invoicing, expenses, and cash flow
🔹 Oversee procurement and ensure full compliance with contractual agreements
🔹 Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
🔹 Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and progress reporting
🔹 Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and safety guidelines
🔹 Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
🎯 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
🧭 8–10 years’ experience managing medium-sized projects
🛠️ Strong experience in commercial, contractual & team leadership aspects
💻 Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, ERP, etc.)
⏱️ Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
🗣️ Advanced English communication skills (French is a plus)
📜 PMP certification required
🤝 Strong stakeholder and customer management capabilities
