⭐ Key Responsibilities
🔧 Plan, direct, and optimize the operation & maintenance of power generation facilities
🏭 Ensure reliable, efficient power generation through effective maintenance strategies
📈 Recommend upgrades, modifications, or expansions to meet evolving power demands
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance plant operational performance
📊 Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data & implement continuous improvement actions
🛡️ Promote a strong safety culture and ensure strict compliance with HSE standards
🎯 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, I&C, or a related field
🔹 Minimum 10 years of experience in I&C commissioning within power plants
⚡ Proven expertise in power generation & maintenance management
👥 Strong leadership and team-development abilities
🛠️ Deep technical understanding of Instrumentation & Control systems
🧩 Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues & recommend solutions
