Global Projects Services AG is hiring a highly experienced Site Logistic Manager to support Saipem’s major energy project Mozambique LNG (Afungi Camp).

This role is critical for managing marine logistics, customs, fleet operations, materials movement, and offshore supply—ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with Saipem’s global standards.

⭐ Job Responsibilities

🚢 Coordinate with vessel operations, subcontractors, and authorities to manage all logistics activities.

📦 Oversee mobilization/demobilization, customs clearance, tracking, storage, and materials delivery.

⚓ Manage marine fleet logistics including permits, food/fuel/water supplies, waste disposal & crew changes.

📑 Ensure compliance with local regulations, Saipem guidelines, HSE policies, and project procedures.

🛠️ Supervising logistics teams and subcontractors for offshore and onshore activities.

🗂️ Ensure correct documentation, inventory management, and material traceability.

🔧 Inspect received materials, activate corrective actions, and coordinate with insurance if needed.

🚛 Manage supply vessel runs, load/outload operations, and distribution of materials offshore.

📊 Maintain updated records, service reports, work orders, and subcontractor performance logs.

🎯 Requirements

🔹 Proven experience in logistics for offshore / energy / EPC mega projects.

🔹 Strong knowledge of marine logistics, customs procedures, and materials management.

🔹 Experience working with vessels, offshore teams, HSE, and supply chain.

🔹 Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Ability to work in remote project sites under multinational environments.
