Job Description:
Weatherford is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead its manufacturing supply chain operations in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and material flow to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the integrated supply chain plan from forecasting to delivery
Lead demand and supply planning cycles with cross-functional teams
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
Optimize logistics strategies for inbound and outbound materials
Establish KPIs and implement continuous improvement processes
Conduct supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
Act as liaison between supply chain and production/service functions
Requirements:
7+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in oil & gas or heavy manufacturing
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools
Knowledge of DRP/S&OP processes
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
