🌟 Job Overview

The Vendor Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations across all project phases. This role requires deep knowledge of ADNOC standards, strong coordination abilities, and the ability to manage multiple vendors under tight deadlines.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage daily communication, inquiries, and follow-ups with approved vendors

Maintain and update vendor lists, registrations, and ADNOC compliance records

Track vendor performance, delivery schedules, and required documentation

Coordinate technical & commercial clarifications across internal teams

Ensure all vendor approvals comply with ADNOC HSE & quality standards

Prepare regular reports on vendor status and compliance

Expedite material & service deliveries to meet project schedules

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent

5–10 years of procurement or vendor management experience in oil & gas

Solid knowledge of ADNOC vendor registration & qualification systems

Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding project environment

✨ Preferred Skills

Previous experience with EPC/EPCM projects

Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management

Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
