🧑💼 Role: Supply Chain Leader – Warehousing & Logistics
Aramex is hiring a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Leader to oversee and optimize all warehousing, logistics, procurement, and inventory operations. This role requires a strong leader who can drive efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver best-in-class service aligned with organizational goals.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance performance and minimize costs.
Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory operations.
Lead and develop the supply chain team to ensure operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Analyze supply chain KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure monthly KPI measurement for all warehousing accounts.
Set up operations for new warehousing clients and assess profitability.
Conduct feasibility studies for new accounts.
Optimize stock levels and manage bi-annual stock counts.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Present supply chain performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with IT to enhance data accuracy and system efficiency.
🎯 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics leadership roles.
Strong background in inventory management, WMS, and logistics.
Proven track record in managing teams and optimizing processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management tools.
