Job Type: Full-Time – On-site

Hassan Allam Holding is seeking a Purchasing Specialist – Site to join our dynamic construction team. If you have a strong background in procurement, supplier negotiation, and material management, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in a leading construction company.

💼 Job Responsibilities

Purchase all required materials and equipment requested by the site team 🏗️

Ensure materials meet quality standards, are cost-effective, and delivered on time ⏱️

Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers 💰

Prepare and maintain all purchasing documentation and records 🗂️

Coordinate with finance for payment requests and document collection 📄

Organize transportation of materials to and between project sites 🚚

Monitor suppliers’ performance and maintain a database of reliable vendors 📊

Provide updates to supervisors and relevant staff on procurement status

Maintain accurate filing for both digital and hard copies 💻🗄️

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Section Head or Purchasing Manager

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally in construction or project-based environments

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/purchasing systems
