Procurement Section Head – ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC, 10th of Ramadan, Egypt

ELSEWEDY Cables is seeking a talented Procurement Section Head to lead and supervise procurement operations at our 10th of Ramadan facility. This role ensures efficient sourcing, supplier negotiation, and strategic procurement to support production and cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Procurement Specialists for local and foreign suppliers.
Develop cost-saving plans and monitor procurement KPIs.
Approve and manage annual/quarterly procurement plans.
Oversee E-Procurement activities, tendering, auctions, contracts, and vendor management.
Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and market trends.
Build strong business relationships with major strategic suppliers.
Manage logistics for products/equipment/materials in compliance with INCOTERMS.
Ensure safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance in all procurement processes.
Qualifications:
🎓 B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
💼 7–10 years of procurement experience
🌐 Fluent in English & Arabic
💻 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
💪 Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
