🔍 Role Overview
The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to meet project timelines and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction procurement and fully proficient in working with NOTION, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials and services.
Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Maintain accurate documentation and supplier records through NOTION.
Ensure all purchased materials meet required standards, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with the engineering, finance, and site teams to support project execution.
Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships.
Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and alternative suppliers to optimize cost efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
2–5 years of procurement experience in the construction sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Mandatory: Proven proficiency in the NOTION platform.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
