DHL Express is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused In-House Logistics Coordinator to act as DHL’s on-site representative within a major customer account. This role is essential to ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional service delivery, and smooth coordination between the customer and DHL teams.

🎯 Role Purpose

Work directly from the client’s premises to:

Ensure smooth daily logistics operations 📨

Deliver best-in-class customer service 🤝

Support shipment coordination, documentation, and communication between both sides 🚚

💼 Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Service Excellence

Represent DHL professionally and maintain high service standards 🌟

Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently

Handle inquiries related to import & export shipments

Provide clear, accurate communication to ensure customer satisfaction

Operational Coordination

Issue AWBs directly from the customer’s site ✍️

Track shipments proactively and provide timely updates

Coordinate with DHL Sales to protect and grow business within the key account

Support billing by liaising between DHL Finance and the customer’s finance team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal DHL teams (Sales, Operations, Finance)

Participate in customer communication activities and mailshots

Share customer insights to help enhance overall service

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

Strong English (spoken & written)

Excellent communication & customer-relations abilities

Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, and professional email handling

High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

🎓 Education & Experience

University degree (required)

Previous logistics experience is an advantage
